Abu Dhabi contracts JJ professors

The market of Jiu-Jitsu in the Middle East comes growing and the test of this is the search for new professors to give lessons in Abu Dhabi, in the Arab Emirates. With the increase of the number of projects in the schools of the region, the chance for 20 professionals of the art-soft one, 16 men and four women appeared. It confers below an interview with Carlão Saints, responsible for the Jiu-Jitsu in Abu Dhabi, where it explains what it is necessary to give lessons in Abu Dhabi and how much the esoclhido professor will go to receive. How many professional they will be convoked to work in Abu Dhabi and which the prerequisite one to candidatar itself? 

They will be 16 men and four women. To candidatar itself it has that to be band-black color, to at least have experience of, three years being given lessons for children. The professor candidate also needs to know English. 

Which will be the offered wage and the advantages to work in Abu Dhabi? 

The wage will be of 3.300 dollars for month, with house to live and a ticket per year. Sse will be married and will have son, the family also will receive ticket, beyond plan of health for all. The contract is of one year, being able to be renewed annually, depending on aprovaçãoo of the work of the professor. 

Why it decided to contract more professors? 

This year the project in the 14 schools, being 12 masculines and two feminine ones, was a great success and the H.H. Sheik Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan wants to increase the work. For the government at least he would go to triple the schools, but it found that he would be better to grow to the few this next year to esolar (2009/2010). We go to fold this year and to each year we go growing until enclosing all future the colleges of Abu Dhabi and of the Joined Arab Emirates. The idea is that all the pupils of age between 9 and 13 years practise the Jiu-Jitsu, there goes to make a bolter to only hunt talentos, having the best ones in a national teams training Jiu-Jitsu. 

Of this yous time also will have vacant women to give lessons to them? 

Already we have two feminine colleges with four teachers and now we go to have more two colleges, being necessary eight teachers of BJJ for about 1200 girls training. We are breaking barriers, therefore, for being a mulçumano country, many families and girls had at the beginning found stranger, therefore they find here that she fights is man thing. But they capsize that the Jiu-Jitsu is a sport tranquilo and was approved by them. 

You believe that in little time the market in Abu Dhabi for professors of Jiu-Jitsu is as in U.S.A.? 

Not, therefore the market total different and is organized here. It only comes to Abu Dhabi professors who qualified and are chosen the finger for the government and our committee of Jiu-Jitsu. It is not as U.S.A., goes who wants and opens academy any one. Here everything is planned, organized and fiscalized to be able to not only give BJJ lessons as any another sport.

O mercado de Jiu-Jitsu no Oriente Médio vêm crescendo e a prova disso é a procura por novos professores para dar aulas em Abu Dhabi, nos Emirados Árabes. Com o aumento do número de projetos nas escolas da região, surgiu a oportunidade para 20 profissionais da arte-suave, 16 homens e quatro mulheres. Quantos profissionais serão convocados para trabalhar em Abu Dhabi e qual o pré-requisito para se candidatar?

 

Serão 16 homens e quatro mulheres. Para se candidatar tem que ser faixa-preta, ter experiência de, no mínimo, três anos dando aulas para crianças. O professor candidato também precisa saber inglês.

 

Qual será o salário oferecido e as vantagens de trabalhar em Abu Dhabi?

 

O salário será de 3.300 dólares por mês, com casa para morar e uma passagem por ano. Sse for casado e tiver filho, a família também receberá passagem, além de plano de saúde para todos. O contrato é de um ano, podendo ser renovado anualmente, dependendo da aprovaçãoo do trabalho do professor.

 

Por que resolveu contratar mais professores?

 

Este ano o projeto nas 14 escolas, sendo 12 masculinas e duas femininas, foi um grande sucesso e o H.H. Sheik Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan quer aumentar o trabalho. Pelo governo no mínimo iria triplicar as escolas, mas ele achou que seria melhor crescer aos poucos este proximo ano esolar (2009/ 2010). Vamos dobrar este ano e a cada ano vamos crescendo até abranger todos os colégios de Abu Dhabi e futuramente dos Emirados Árabes Unidos. A idéia é que todos os alunos de idade entre 9 e 13 anos pratiquem o Jiu-Jitsu, aí vamos fazer uma peneira para caçar talentos, tendo os melhores em um time nacional só treinando Jiu-Jitsu.

 

Dessa vez vocês também terão vagas para as mulheres darem aulas?

 

Já temos dois colégios femininos com quatro professoras e agora vamos ter mais dois colégios, sendo necessárias oito professoras de BJJ para cerca de 1200 garotas treinando. Estamos quebrando barreiras, pois, por ser um país mulçumano, muitas famílias e garotas no início acharam estranho, pois aqui eles acham que luta é coisa de homem. Mas elas viram que o Jiu-Jitsu é um esporte tranquilo e foi aprovado por elas.

 

Você acredita que em pouco tempo o mercado em Abu Dhabi para professores de Jiu-Jitsu seja como nos EUA?

 

Não, pois aqui o mercado é totalmente diferente e organizado. Só vem para Abu Dhabi professores que são qualificados e escolhidos a dedo pelo governo e pelo nosso comite de Jiu-Jitsu. Não é como o EUA, vai quem quer e abre academia qualquer um. Aqui tudo é planejado, organizado e fiscalizado para poder dar aulas não só de BJJ como qualquer outro esporte.
