Faixa-preta de Jiu-Jitsu, Yan Cabral continua colecionando vitórias na Europa. No último dia 18 de abril, o vice-campeão Brasileiro e Europeu de Jiu-Jitsu, lutou no Absolute Submission Fighting 4, que aconteceu na França, e venceu o francês Antony Rode. “Meu adversário é um dos melhores grapplers da França nesse peso. Vi umas lutas dele antes e sabia que o cara era duro. Ele é bem perigoso, ataca bem leg-lock e guilhotina. No começo da luta ele já deu um vôo no meu joelho, mas sem perigo. Fiquei por cima, fui para as costas e peguei na chave de panturrilha. O evento foi de alto nível com passarela, luzes...”, contou Yan, que . O evento, que contou com luzes e passarela ao estilo do Pride, teve ainda duas lutas de Pancrase, sendo uma delas com o veterano do UFC, Jess Liaudin.
