Translated in a superficial way, Critotherapy is like a “therapy by cold”. That means any kind of use of ice or cold applications with therapeutically objectives can be considered Critotherapy. It’s an old method, but not very used. The “therapy by cold” is a method with many benefits for high performance athletes, especially MMA.
