In Episode 3 of the Emirates Team Talk Show, Show Host Mohammed Al Housani is joined once again by Emirates Team Head Coach Carlos Santos and Fernando Paradeda. In the show, they discuss the Federation International of Jiu-Jitsu Association (FIJJA), which is slated to officially enter the World of Jiu-Jitsu on January 1, 2010. They also discuss the School-Jitsu Project, arguably the single, most important project in Emirate Jiu-Jitsu's history.
