Man without arms and legs made for MMA fight

Used to compete in Grappling, the American Kyle Maynard made last night, his debut in MMA amateur. However, it is not a fighter any. Acostumado a competir no Grappling, o americano Kyle Maynard fez, ontem à noite, sua estréia no MMA amador. Porém, ele não é um lutador qualquer. Kyle, que nasceu sem parte os braços e das pernas, se preparou durante dois anos para sua estréia no octagon, mas perdeu. Contra Bryan Fry, na luta principal do Auburn Fight Night, Kyle acabou derrotado na decisão dos juizes, mas se apaixonou pelo esporte.

 

“Foi uma estratégia difícil de se preparar. Sinto que dei 100% de mim. Ele não queria ir para o chão comigo, e eu não is vencer uma luta de Boxe contra ele. Quando eu cheguei na jaula e Fry começou o combate, vi que era a coisa mais séria que já entrei na minha vida, e amei”, conta Kyle ao Sherdog.com, ainda sentindo os golpes sofridos. “Acho que minha orelha ainda está “apitando” daquele primeiro golpe que levei”, afirma, bastante elogiado por seu adversário: “Estou muito impressionado. Eu não esperava que ele fosse tão rápido. Ele tem mais coragem que muitas pessoas que eu conheço”.
