Bráulio Estima ready to ADCC’s marathon

Three times BJJ World champion, Bráulio Estima wants to celebrate 2009 as his perfect year in ADCC, event that happens this month, on September 26 and 27, in Barcelona, Spain, and spoke with TATAME.com about his expectations to the event.

“I’m 100% focused in ADCC, I hope to be in my better shape to face this marathon. There is only tough guys, from my first fight to the last one”, said, training hard. “I’m doing a lot of physical work, explosion, Wrestling and Submission. The training is complete”.

Prepared to face all the tough fighters in Barcelona, Bráulio tell us the secret to keep himself always ready. “I always imagine that there is someone else training more than me, and that gives me an extra power to push harder on my training”, finished the black belt.
