André Chatuba and Igor Chatubinha were on top of his categories in Brazil , with South-American Shooto belts. But in August 27, the tough fighters were surprised and lost their titles to Carlos “Índio” and Luis “Beição”. Looking for redemption, Robson Relmas’ athletes will be back at the rings on October 3rd. In action on Real Fight 7, Chatuba faces Mário Soldado, while Chatubinha fights in Macapá.
“They’re training more than normal. Everything to be back to victories. Both fights in the same weekend, but in different events. They know they need to win”, said Robson Relma, who commented André Chatuba’s loss on Shooto Brasil 13. “He’s not fighting at 185lbs anymore, he is fighting at 177, 170, but he was defending the belt, so he had to fight. But, anyway, he didn’t lost because he wanted to, but because judge stopped the fight too early”, contested Relma.
