There are only few hours until UFC 114 begins to heat the city of Las Vegas, and TATAME is following closely all details of the show, which will have Brazilian names as Rogério Minotouro and Luiz Banha in action.
Facing the newcomer Jason Brilz, opponent who is the substitute of the injured Forrest Griffin, Minotouro wants to give one more step in his way to the belt. “Griffin is a good name, one of the tops of the division… Beating him I’d gain some respect, but a fight is a fight. I needed to fight and Jason Brilz is a tough guy , haven’t been knocked out yet. To beat him is like a step forward and a position gained on the ranking”, affirmed the tough guy.
Fighting in the preliminary-card, Banha wants to make a good comeback against Cyrile Diabate. “I believe this fight is a great one on this return of mine. Diabate is considered one of the bests strikers of the world and, with my training, I’m sure we’ll do a great fight. I have Antonio ‘Big Foot’ Silva and Guto Inocente, who are two tall guys and can represent very well the dangers that a bigger reach can bring me”, bets the Brazilian.
On the main fight of the night, Rampage Jackson and Rashad Evans will dispute a vacancy on the dispute of the light heavy weight division belt, against the Brazilian Maurício Shogun. And things went crazy between the two former champion, who incited the rivalry during the shootings of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter 10, on the end of 2009.

Faltam poucas horas para o UFC 114 começar a esquentar a cidade de Las Vegas, e a TATAME está acompanhando de perto todos os detalhes do show, que contará com os brasileiros Rogério Minotouro e Luiz Banha em ação.
Diante do estreante Jason Brilz, adversário que substituiu o lesionado Forrest Griffin, Minotouro quer anotar mais uma vitória a caminho do cinturão. “O Griffin é um bom nome, um cara top da categoria... Ganhando dele eu ia me credenciar bem, mas luta é luta. Eu estava precisando lutar e o Jason Brilz é um cara duro, ainda não tomou nocaute. Ganhando dele, vou me credenciar e subir no ranking”, afirmou o casca-grossa.
Lutando entre as lutas preliminares, Banha quer dar a volta por cima contra Cyrile Diabate. “Acho que essa luta é ótima para o meu retorno. Diabate é considerado um dos melhores strikers do mundo e com o meu treinamento tenho certeza que faremos uma grande luta. Tenho o Antonio 'Pezão' Silva e o Guto Inocente, que são bem altos e estão reproduzindo as aberturas e os perigos que o maior alcance dele pode me criar", aposta o brasileiro.
Na luta principal da noite, Rampage Jackson e Rashad Evans disputam para ver quem terá a chance de lutar pelo cinturão dos meio-pesados, contra o curitibano Maurício Shogun. Quem é você para lutar comigo? Eu venci Forrest Griffin e você perdeu para ele. Pare de agir estupidamente”, respondeu Rashad, que vem de vitória sobre Thiago Silva.
