If depends on the champion, the surgery on the elbow shouldn’t keep him away from trainings and from the octagon for so long. “My recovering is very good, better than we expected. I’m recovering very fast. I’m crazy to train again, to hit some guys, but I gotta wait. It’s in doctors hands, to me I would train tomorrow”, said Anderson Silva.

Além de Lyoto e Shogun, que decidiram o título no UFC 104, os cartolas do evento estão planejando mais quatro confrontos até o fim do ano, entre eles uma disputa de cinturão. A luta entre Anderson Silva e Vitor Belfort deve colocar fogo no UFC 108. Se depender do campeão, a cirurgia feita no cotovelo não deve afastá-lo por muito tempo dos treinamentos e do octagon. “Minha recuperação está muito boa, melhor do que a gente esperava. Estou me recuperando muito rápido. Estou louco para voltar a treinar, para sair na porrada, mas tenho que esperar. Está nas mãos dos médicos, por mim eu voltava a treinar amanhã”, disse Anderson Silva.
