Michael Langhi was perfect in 2009. The fighter won all the championships that he fought and in 2010 he wants to repeat it, but he knows that to stay on top is harder than to come there. Langhi wants to start the year with golden key and for that he’s training hard to the European, that happens in Lisbon, Portugal, between January 28 and 31.
“I’ll fight the Europeanand the preparation is the same of last year. Of course we always try to change something to be better, I’m training Jiu-Jitsu the whole day on Alliance here in São Paulo… I want to fight the most championships that I can and always get in to win”, said the lightweight, who knows that he will pass by though moments to repeat 2009.
“I’ll start everything from the beginning and if I win this European I’ll vibrate, because it’s always a different emotion, whatever the past is. That’s what motivates me to train, I love the championships, I like to feel the adrenalin of competition. That’s what will help me to stay on top”, analyzed him, who will probably face Celsinho Venícius, who stayed away from competitions because of a surgery on the knee.
Langhi lost two times to Celsinho on his first year of black belt for tight scores, and this year he must be the main opponent. “Celsinho Vinicius is coming with all, he Will be welcome on the category. I won’t win, who wins is the crowd, the sport. He already won a lot of World’s and I won’t keep saying things, he proved that he’s a great athlete and I hope our fight happens this year”, finished Michael.

Michael Langhi foi perfeito no ano de 2009. O casca-grossa conquistou todos os campeonatos que disputou e em 2010 quer repetir o mesmo feito, mas sabe que se manter no topo é mais difícil do que chegar. Langhi quer começar o ano com chave de ouro e para isso já está treinando forte para o Europeu, que acontece em Lisboa, Portugal, entre os dias 28 e 31 de janeiro.
“Vou lutar o Europeu e a preparação está sendo a mesma do ano passado. É claro que a gente sempre tenta mudar alguma coisa para poder melhorar, estou treinando Jiu-Jitsu o dia inteiro na sede da Alliance aqui em São Paulo... Quero lutar o máximo de campeonatos que eu puder e sempre entrar para ganhar”, comentou o peso leve, que sabe que vai ter dificuldades em repetir o feito de 2009.
“Vou começar tudo do zero e se eu ganhar esse Europeu vou vibrar, pois é sempre uma emoção diferente, independente do ano passado. É isso que me motiva para treinar, adoro os campeonatos, sou um cara que gosta de estar sentindo a adrenalina da competição. Isso é o que vai me ajudar a me manter no topo”, analisou o paulistano, que provavelmente esbarrará em Celsinho Venícius, que ficou afastado das competições ano passado por conta de uma cirurgia no joelho.
Langhi perdeu duas vezes para Celsinho em seu primeiro ano de faixa-preta por placares apertados, e esse ano deve ser seu principal adversário. “O Celsinho Vinicius está voltando com tudo, vai ser muito bem vindo na categoria. Não sou eu que vou ganhar, quem vai sair ganhando é o público, o esporte. Ele é um cara que já ganhou vários mundiais e não cabe a mim ficar falando, ele já provou que é um grande atleta e espero que a nossa luta aconteça esse ano”, finalizou Michael.
