Weight and absolute champion on World Pro, Cláudio Calasans interrupted his preparation for the World of California to answer some question from TATAME’s subscribers. On the chat with his fans, Calasans talked about the evolution on his game and how to beat Roger Gracie and Xande Ribeiro. “You have to be on your best, believe in what you can do in there and don’t make any mistake. I believe Roger’s strong point is this: if his opponent does something wrong, he’s done… I really want to fight against Roger again, I’ve never fought against Xande, but I really would like to… They are the top guys in Jiu-Jitsu and, if I’m going to fight against them, I have to get there with a good strategy so I can surprise them”, said the black belt.

Campeão peso e absoluto do Mundial Profissional de Jiu-Jitsu, Cláudio Calasans interrompeu sua preparação para o Mundial da Califórnia para responder às perguntas dos assinantes da TATAME. No bate-papo com os fãs, que você confere na área exclusiva clicando aqui, Calasans falou sobre a evolução no seu jogo e como bater nomes como Roger Gracie e Xande Ribeiro. “Tem que estar muito bem, acreditar no que você pode fazer ali e eu não posso errar em nenhum momento. Eu acho que o diferencial do Roger é esse: se a pessoa errar, acaba a luta... Tenho muita vontade de lutar com o Roger de novo, nunca lutei com o Xande, mas tenho muita vontade... Os caras são tops do Jiu-Jitsu e, se eu for lutar, tenho que entrar com uma estratégia muito boa para poder surpreender”, afirmou o faixa-preta.
