Undefeated in five fights, Rony Marques got to Shooto Brazil 16’s ring, last Saturday, and came out of it with a win, when he faced Wanderlan Vila Cruzeiro. “I didn’t expected quick win, but we both knew that anything could happen up there”, celebrates Rony, who won with less than two minutes of combat, pointing the hard training as the secret of his good performance. “I trained a lot in Natal, with my coach Jair Lourenço, trained Boxing with Renan Barão’s father, and I had the opportunity to end my training here in Rio with Dedé (Pederneiras) and, thanks God, everything worked out, one more win”, celebrates, with his eyes focused on new opportunities. “Dedé is looking for something good for me… He brought me here and helped me a lot. I believe that on the 14th he might set something with an event in Manaus, but let’s wait and see”.

Invicto em cinco lutas, Rony Marques entrou no ringue do Shooto Brasil 16, no último sábado, e saiu com sua sexta vitória, diante de Wanderlan Vila Cruzeiro. “Eu não esperava uma vitória tão rápida, mas os dois atletas sabem que a qualquer momento pode acontecer alguma coisa”, comemora Rony, que venceu em menos de dois minutos de combate, apontando o treino forte como segredo para o bom desempenho. “Treinei muito em Natal com o professor Jair Lourenço, treinei Boxe com o pai do Renan Barão, e tive a oportunidade de terminar o treinamento aqui no Rio com o Dedé (Pederneiras) e, graças a Deus, deu tudo certo, mais uma vitória”, festeja, de olho em maiores oportunidades. “O Dedé está vendo uma coisa boa pra mim... Ele me trouxe aqui e me deu uma força enorme. Acho que no dia 14 talvez ele feche com um evento em Manaus, mas vamos ver o que vai acontecer”, conta.
