One of the most respected fighters in the history of MMA, both inside and outside the ring, Wanderlei Silva gave a "framed" in Chael Sonnen. Upset with the provocations of the U.S. to Anderson Silva, reaching sacanear the Nogueira brothers and Brazil, the Mad Dog took a trip to Texas, where he was honored to give advice "intimidating" to Sonnen.
"I think you can make a challenge, talk about the fight to promote, all right, but you have to be careful what you talk about Brazil. You keep saying bad things about Brazil ... You do not know Brazil. You have to respect what you do not know. I heard you talking about the Nogueira brothers. These guys are the history of the sport. You have to respect them. Do not do that, is dangerous. In Brazil we have a saying : who regards not lose their teeth, "said the former PRIDE champion, eye to eye with Sonnen, who just shook his head. Um dos lutadores mais respeitados da história do MMA, dentro e fora dos ringues, Wanderlei Silva deu uma “enquadrada” em Chael Sonnen. Chateado com as provocações do americano com Anderson Silva, chegando a sacanear os irmãos Nogueira e o Brasil, o Cachorro Louco aproveitou uma visita ao Texas, onde foi homenageado, para dar um conselho “intimidador” a Sonnen.
"Eu acho que você pode fazer um desafio, falar da luta, promover, tudo bem, mas você tem que tomar cuidado com o que você falar, sobre o Brasil. Você fica falando coisas ruins sobre o Brasil... Você não conhece o Brasil. Você tem que respeitar o que você não conhece. Eu ouvi você falando sobre os irmãos Nogueira. Esses caras são a história do esporte. Você tem que respeitá-los. Não faça mais isso, é perigoso. No Brasil nós temos um ditado: quem respeita não perde os dentes", afirmou o ex-campeão do Pride, olho no olho com Sonnen, que apenas sacudia a cabeça.
