The heavyweight Pedro Rizzo complained about the big gap between his fights, but things changed on 2010. After beating Gary Goodridge on the United States, the Brazilian faces Ken Shamrock on July 18, and had a fight scheduled for the beginning of August.
“Tim Sylvia got hurt, I think he broke his feet, but I’ll fight on August 14 again. I’m just waiting for the confirmation”, said Pedro to TATAME, waiting for the recovery of his opponent. “If it’s him, I’ll be glad to do this fight, but I don’t mind who I will fight against. I can’t say for sure it’s him, but I’m looking for someone at my level and I have to wait”.
Renew, Rizzo celebrates his good phase. “I’m thrilled, never better. Work, my son, I’m very glad (laughs). Lots of fights, trainings and I’m doing what I love to do... Even my mood gets better”, jokes Pedro, who will confront Shamrock on Impact FC. Rizzo e o bom humor com maratona de lutas

O peso pesado Pedro Rizzo reclamava do grande intervalo entre as lutas, mas a situação mudou em 2010. Após derrotar Gary Goodridge nos Estados Unidos, o carioca encara Ken Shamrock no dia 18 de julho, e já tem luta marcada para a primeira quinzena de agosto.
“O Tim Sylvia se machucou, acho que quebrou o pé, mas eu vou lutar no dia 14 de agosto de novo. Só estou esperando pela confirmação”, conta Pedro à TATAME, esperando pela recuperação do gringo. “Se for ele, ótimo, mas estou amarradão de lutar, quem vier está bom. Não posso confirmar que é ele, estão procurando outro cara à altura e eu tenho que esperar”.
Renovado, Rizzo festeja a boa fase. “Estou feliz da vida, melhor impossível. Trabalhando, meu filho, estou feliz da vida (risos). Várias lutas, treinando e fazendo o que eu gosto...
