Being Born in Maranhão but raised in Belém, both Brazilian cities, Zezão Trator is coming from seven wins in a row and his last loss was to no one less than Ronaldo Jacaré. From then on, Zezão’s career did not stop growing. Trator’s next challenger will be the really tough Erik Silva, on Jungle Fight, an event that happens on July 31 in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Trator knows he will have a hard time, but guaranteed he will be more prepared than ever and he does not intent to end this sequence of triumphs so soon.
“Thanks God my trainings are great, Ulysses Pereira has been taking care ok my fitness and my boxing, I’m training it all: Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, because this fight will be really hard. On my last fight, on Ironman, I was coming from a rib injury and I was taking too many medicines and that’s why I was getting slower on the trainings and I lacked conditioning. Now I believe I can fly, my conditioning is great and I’m training hard to do a good fight and to please the audience”, said Zezão, who wants to impose his game plan.
“I want to bring him to my game, to put him down and work on my ground and pound. You can hope for a good conditioning, embattled”, commented the Brazilian, who has the same dream as 10 other fighters: “My dream is the same as all fighters, to get to UFC, where there are the best of the world. I know I have to think about this bout with Erick first, but I’m working really hard to make my dream come true later this year”, concluded the athlete from Ulysses Pereira’s gym.

Maranhense radicado em Belém do Pará, Zezão Trator vem de sete vitórias consecutivas, sendo que a última derrota do casca-grossa foi para ninguém menos do que Ronaldo Jacaré. De lá pra cá, a carreira de Zezão vem em uma ascendente impressionante.
O próximo desafio de Trator será contra o duríssimo Erick Silva, no Jungle Fight, que acontece no dia 31 de julho em Natal, no Rio Grande do Norte. Trator sabe que o adversário é uma pedreira e garantiu que está mais do que preparado e que não pretende interromper a sequência de triunfos.
“Graças a Deus os treinos estão ótimos, o Ulysses Pereira vem cuidando da minha preparação física e do meu boxe, estou treinando tudo, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, porque vai ser uma luta muito dura. Na minha última luta, no Ironman, eu vinha de uma lesão na costela e estava tomando muito antiinflamatório e por isso acabei ficando meio devagar nos treinos e dei uma sentida no gás. Agora eu estou voando, no gás e estou treinando bastante para fazer uma boa luta e agradar o público”, disse Zezão, que quer impor seu jogo.
“Quero trazer ele para o meu jogo, botar pra baixo e usar o meu ground and pound. Podem esperar um cara no gás, aguerrido”, comentou o maranhense, que tem o mesmo sonho de dez entre dez lutadores. “Meu sonho é o mesmo de todos os lutadores, chegar ao UFC, onde estão os melhores do mundo. Sei que primeiro tenho que pensar na luta com o Erick, mas estou trabalhando muito duro para que esse sonho se realize ainda esse ano”, finalizou o atleta da academia de Ulysses Pereira.
